• About the Role: 

As an ICT Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement ICT solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop ICT solutions that align with business objectives, considering both technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with IT teams to test and validate ICT solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new systems and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in an ICT environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Applicants who need sponsorship must meet the following criteria, in addition to the previously mentioned requirements:

• Having a valid English language certificate is a requirement, with an IELTS test score of at least 6.0 overall and no component falling below 6.0
• Successful completion of a Skill Assessment from the appropriate Australian skill assessing authorities (ACS) may be required, contingent on your passport or the location of your placement.
