We operates in several stages to ensure you are both job and visa ready, the stages include;
Resume / CV Submission
When the job seekers find their desired position and vacancies, job seekers can immediately submit their resume/CV, our Career Development Consultants will carry out the selection process and see the suitability between the standard criteria needed for the position and the job seekers’ specifications. If the job seeker meets the required criteria, our consultant will contact the job seeker to proceed to the next stage.
If the job seekers are not contacted within 2 x 7 days, it means that the job seeker does not meet the specified criteria.
Assessment & Selection Process
Our Career Development Consultants will thoroughly assess the skills, experience and educational background of the applicants to ensure that the applicants’ specifications meet the standard criteria of the available positions.
If it is found that there are improvements and skill development needed by job seekers, our consultants will immediately provide feedback to make sure you are job and visa ready.
