Junior Engineer
Successfully served as the lead project coordinator for the construction of a new DMS fines plant (with zero injuries), where I was responsible for project planning, resource management, communication, risk management, quality assurance, documentation, project monitoring and reporting. Produced scopes of work and project execution plans for the new DMS Fines plant. Currently serving as the lead project coordinator for the Cone Crusher Circuit Upgrade project, which includes the upgrade of the conveyor drives, structure, chute, feeders, and the cone crusher. Conducted a research project focused on reducing oil consumption of LHDs (Load-Haul-Dump vehicles) within the mine, achieving successful outcomes and practical implementation. I actively participated in the construction of Doornbosch's second chairlift, assuming a supervisory role overseeing the contractors' activities. Planned maintenance activities in accordance with budget limitations, building use needs and operational requirements. Efficiently executed shut downs for planned maintenance. Prepared presentations for Engineer and Engineering manager detailing project scope, progress, and results. Completed tasks efficiently and timely, as instructed by Engineers. Conducted site inspections of to oversee quality, performance and compliance of workers.
