*. Qualified and certified welder GTAW, SMAW, FCAW-GS at 6G position using Multiple Code ( ASME Sec. IX, AWS D1.1 and ISO 9606-1 ).

*. Knowledge of international codes such as API 1104, API 5L, API 6A, ASME Sec. IX and AWS D1.1.

*. Applied knowledge of welding activities for all types of steel including carbon steel, stainless steel, high and low alloy steel such as Carbon Steel, Alloy Grade P5, P9, P11, P22, P91, Stainless Steel, Inconel CRA, Aluminum.

 

*. Proven track record of achieving target weld quality and performance with strong technical, problem solving and analytical skills.

*. Outstanding knowledge and skills of welding tools and welding.  Excellent ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate action.

 

*. Able to select preheat, interpass temperature, electrode based on WPS and PQR.

*. Able to demonstrate the highest standards of personal and professional integrity.

Responsibilities :

1. Supervision, modifier and executor of welding high pressure pipes, superheaters, etc. which involve the Pre-Heat and PWHT processes.

(Repair and Maintenance Stage)

2. Supervision of fabrication projects and Participate in testing to look for deviation cases,

3. Review the P & ID for construction, fabrication and modification of pipelines, etc. so that they comply with specifications and procedures,

4. Plan and coordinate activities with other sections and divisions.  (Maintenance Stage)

5. Provide ideas to reduce maintenance costs in planning and managing planned work/cost turnaround.

6. Participate in training to strengthen junior staff competencies (Maintenance Stage)

7. Maintain computerized management system (MAXIMO) maintenance records and administration reports.

8. Emergency response team if needed.  (Piping and welding Execution Team).
