About the Role:
As a Sous Chef, you’ll be working closely with our Head Chef to deliver a high-volume pub menu with quality, creativity and consistency. From house-made sauces to classic favourites with a local twist, you’ll help lead service, mentor junior staff, and bring energy to a positive kitchen culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef, or a confident CDP ready to take the next step
• Proven ability to manage busy services and lead kitchen sections
• Genuine passion for seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients
• Composed under pressure, with excellent communication skills
  Solid understanding of food safety standards and kitchen operations
