• About the Role:

In this role, you will crafting, implementing, and optimizing software solutions, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into diverse systems while delivering optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs
• Recognising technological limitations and shortcomings in current systems, along with their related processes, procedures, and methods.
• Conducting testing, debugging, diagnosis, and rectification of errors and flaws in an application’s programming language, adhering to established testing protocols, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Creating and sustaining program code to fulfil system requirements, align with system designs, and adhere to technical specifications in accordance with accredited quality standards.
• Crafting, revising, and maintaining technical program documentation, end-user guides, and operational procedures.
• Offering advice, guidance, and expertise in formulating proposals and strategies for software design activities, encompassing financial assessments and cost estimations for recommending software acquisitions and updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others relevant to the role.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer at least 3 years.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A valid Skill Assessment outcome from the relevant Australian skill assessing authorities (ACS) may be required, depending on your passport or the location of your placement.
• A valid English language certificate with a minimum overall score of 5.5 and no less than 5.0 for each component in the IELTS test.
