• About the Role: 

As a restaurant manager, you will be overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff, and optimising the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, such as scheduling, personnel management, and service standards.
• Work together with the kitchen leadership team in maintaining the highest standards for the overall dining experience, food quality, and presentation.
• Manage the organisation and implementation of promotions, private events, and special events in the restaurant.
• Supervise financial budgets, manage expenditures, and actively contribute to the increase in revenue.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining quality service.

Requirements:

• Completion of an Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively oversee and motivate a diverse team.
• Have good communication skills and attitude, familiar with teamwork.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
