About the Role:

You will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive dining experience for customers while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, such as scheduling, personnel management, and service standards.
• Work together with the kitchen leadership team in maintaining the highest standards for the overall dining experience, food quality, and presentation.
• Manage the organisation and implementation of promotions, private events, and special events in the restaurant.
• Supervise financial budgets, manage expenditures, and actively contribute to the increase in revenue.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining quality service.
• Sharpening and adjusting cutting blades (e.g., mower blades, chainsaw chains) Using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Conducting performance tests after repairs

What We Are Looking For:

Requirements:

• Completion of an Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.span>
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field..
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively oversee and motivate a diverse team.
• Have good communication skills and attitude, familiar with teamwork.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

• Possession of a valid English language certificate is mandatory, with a minimum overall score of 5.5 and no individual component scoring below 5.0 on the IELTS test.
• Successful completion of a Skill Assessment from the appropriate Australian skill assessing authorities (VETASSESS) may be required, contingent on your passport or the location of your placement.
