• About the Role: 

As a restaurant manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, motivating staff, and guaranteeing excellent customer service. Memorable moments will be arranged by your leadership. 

Responsibilities:

• Planning menus in consultation with Chefs
• Manage inventory, control costs, and implement strategies to optimize restaurant profitability.
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

• Advance diploma or Diploma in Hotel Management or similar major. 
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager at least 3 years.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial acumen.
• A valid Skill Assessment outcome from the relevant Australian skill assessing authorities (VETASSESS) may be required, depending on your passport or the location of your placement.
• A valid English language certificate with a minimum overall score of 5.5 and no less than 5.0 for each component in the IELTS test.
