Our client is an Automotive servicing company located in New South Wales. Australian-owned company that pioneered the fast auto servicing industry by offering efficient, high-quality services. They are currently looking for experienced and passionate mechanics to join the team.

Location: West Gosford, New South Wales

Salary: Start from AUD 73.150 per year

Benefit: Superannuation & other competitive remuneration package

List of Responsibilities:

• Perform daily opening and closing duties as directed by the Store Manager.
• Conduct workshop cleaning and ensure a clean, organised workspace.
• Manage customer drop-off and pick-up services to designated locations.
• Carry out vehicle servicing and repairs with a focus on high-quality workmanship.
• Answer phone calls professionally as per company guidelines.
• Acknowledge and engage with customers to provide excellent service.
• Adhere to all Company’s Policies and Procedures.
• Perform periodical spot checks and restock shelves and workshop supplies as needed.
• Ensure Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards are consistently met.
• Complete and sign off on daily operational checklists.
• Focus on continuous improvement by following mentoring and guidance provided.

Requirements:

• Attain a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or a relevant certification.
• At least two years of experience working as a Motor Mechanic.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology, tools, and techniques.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to work well in a team.
