Job Description

Our migration agency partner in Rivervale, Western Australia, is seeking a detail-oriented Migration Case Administrator to support their growing team. This client has over a decade of expertise in the migration industry, a client-centric approach, and has successfully assisted thousands of individuals and families in achieving their Australian migration dreams.

 

Location: Rivervale, Western Australia

Salary: A$25/hour rate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for migration case preparation and lodgement.
  • Assist our Registered Migration Agents in managing visa applications and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients to collect required information and ensure compliance with application requirements.
  • Update and maintain client records within our migration management system.
  • Monitor visa application progress and follow up with clients and government authorities as needed.
  • Conduct initial assessments and provide clients with status updates in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Coordinate appointments, maintain filing systems, and support the wider team in meeting deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or migration support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with migration case management software or CRM (preferred but not essential).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A genuine interest in supporting clients through their migration journey.
