• About the Role: 

As an ICT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyse business processes, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive technology solutions that enhance business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and propose effective ICT solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic objectives.
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of ICT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Participate in the testing and validation of ICT solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the ICT sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, as well as familiarity with software development methodologies

Applicants who need sponsorship must meet the following criteria, in addition to the previously mentioned requirements:

• Having a valid English language certificate is a requirement, with an IELTS test score of at least 6.0 overall and no component falling below 6.0
• Successful completion of a Skill Assessment from the appropriate Australian skill assessing authorities (ACS) may be required, contingent on your passport or the location of your placement.
