• About the Role: 

As an ICT Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, developing detailed documentation, and collaborating with IT and business teams to deliver effective solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for IT solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed business analysis documentation, including functional specifications and use cases.
• Evaluate existing IT systems and processes, recommending improvements and enhancements as needed.
• Manage and monitor project progress, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the ICT sector
• Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements gathering techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.

• A valid English language certificate is required, with a minimum overall IELTS score of 6.0 and no individual component scoring below 6.0
• Completion of a Skill Assessment from the relevant Australian skill assessing authorities (ACS) may be required, depending on your passport or the location of your placement.
