Salary: Start from AUD 70.000 per year

Job Description:

• Maintaining hygiene and the highest food quality standards according to the regulations (HACCP).
• Controlling and directing food preparation processes and all kitchen-related duties.
• Ensuring the highest quality of service and guest satisfaction on a daily basis.
• Possess a clear vision for executing the business plan and budget.
• Demonstrate leadership focused on attaining company goals through effective implementation of policies and procedures.
• Maintaining and coordinating a healthy relationship with food suppliers and vendors.
• Review and redesign menus to meet market needs
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and delegations associated with risk management consistently.

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent
• Having HACCP related certification
• Minimum 5 years experience in a high-level restaurant environment.
• Have good communication skills and attitude, familiar with teamwork.
• Have strong financial reporting

• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications would be desirable
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate would be desirable
• Having excellent manners and leading by example

• Possession of a valid English language certificate is mandatory, with a minimum overall score of 5.5 and no individual component scoring below 5.0 on the IELTS test.
