  • Location: SA, Australia

  • About the Role: As a Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team, overseeing menu creation, food preparation, and staff management to ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team in daily operations and menu planning.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen supplies.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in commercial cookery or higher.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Head Chef role.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and organisational skills.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene certifications preferred.

  • A valid English language certificate (IELTS minimum overall score of 5.5, with no band below 5.0).
