ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

• About the Role: 

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to meet project specifications and industry standards. Your role will involve analyzing technical drawings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the reliability and safety of electrical installations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage electrical systems and components to meet project specifications.
• Perform system evaluations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Analyse and optimise electrical designs to enhance efficiency, performance, and reliability.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including technical specifications and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and clients, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and support commissioning activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Must have at least 3 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment.
• Skill in utilising electrical design software and tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• An English language certificate is necessary, with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 overall and no section below 6.0.
• Depending on your passport or where you will be placed, you may need to successfully pass a Skill Assessment from the relevant Australian skill assessing authorities (Engineers Australia).
