Job Description

Our client is a heritage-listed hotel in Northam, Western Australia, is seeking an experienced
and passionate Cook to complement their kitchen team’s performance.

 

Location: Northam, Western Australia
Salary: Start from AUD 74,000 per year
Benefit: Superannuation & other competitive remuneration package
Deadline: 30 August 2024
List of responsibilities:
● Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes according to the menu and recipes.
● Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
● Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
● Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary.
● Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
● Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Qualifications:
● Minimum certificate IV in commercial cookery or higher
● At least 2 years of experience after completing education.
● Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
● Food Safety and Hygiene certifications preferred.
