• About the Role: 

As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
