CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

  • Position: Construction Project Manager
  • Location: Western Australia, Australia

  • About the Role:ย 

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines and objectives.
  • Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

 

Applicants who need sponsorship must meet the following criteria, in addition to the previously mentioned requirements:

  • An English language certificate is necessary, with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 overall and no section below 6.0.
  • Depending on your passport or where you will be placed, you may need to successfully pass a Skill Assessment from the relevant Australian skill assessing authorities (VETASSESS).
