We are looking for skilled and qualified Chefs for full-time placement in various locations in Perth, Western Australia. Applicants should possess the following qualities;

• Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (required)
• Experience in fast paced restaurant environment or similar establishment
• Proven previous experience within a food service or hospitality venue as a Chef
• Proven ability or mastery in handling small to medium kitchen crew
• Proven ability or mastery in assuring Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
• Ability to work well with other team member

IMPORTANT: Candidates in need of sponsorship visa should fulfil the following:

• Minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher.
• Minimum 2 years working experience should the qualification be highly related/relevant and or at least 3 years if qualification is not relevant/related.
• English mastery proven with at least either one of the following:

1. 5.0 each on IELTS test, or
2. 36 each on PTE Academic test, or
3. 35 of total score with minimum of 4 each for listening & reading and 14 each for speaking & writing on TOEFL iBT.

• Valid Skill Assessment outcome with Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) may be required if Applicant holds a certain passport or the position is in a regional area.
• No age limitations imposed for the sponsorship program but maximum of 45 years old for the Permanent Resident pathway (age concession may be available for position in regional areas).
