I am an enthusiastic chef from Viet Nam with more than 6 years at positions of Chef de Partieand Sous Chef.ย Currently, I hold the position of Jr. Sous Chef at Vinpearl Landmark 81 Hotel – Autograph Collection in Ho Chi Minh city.

I have handled both cold and hot sections, also executed pastry tasks when needed. I have learnt from French, Italian, Mexican,ย Indian, Japanese chefs, therefore I am confident to cook a wide range of Asian and European cuisines.
