<p>The hotel specialises in<strong> Australian pub-style cuisine</strong>, their menu includes <strong>slow-braised lamb shanks, house-made pies, confit duck, grilled eye fillet with red wine jus, and seafood linguine</strong>, alongside <strong>classic pub favourites</strong> such as <strong>chicken parmigiana, char-grilled steaks, beer-battered fish &amp; chips, gourmet burgers, roast of the day</strong>, and <strong>seasonal vegetarian plates</strong>.</p>

<h2><b>Role Overview</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">As a Duty Manager, you will be key to ensuring the venue runs smoothly while upholding exceptional service standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, enhancing the guest experience, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving overall operational performance.</span></p>
<h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>

<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Excellent communication and customer service skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400"><span style="font-weight: 400">Valid working rights in Australia.</span></li>
